Your immune system protects you from diseases and infections, as well as helps your body recover from injuries.

I have always been a proponent of water consumption and natural ingredients when it comes to fitness. Foods such as red bell peppers, broccoli & spinach, yogurt, citrus fruits, poultry & shellfish, almonds & sunflower seeds, Green tea, and herbs such as garlic, ginger, and turmeric all help boost the immune system.
Now, while these ingredients won’t prevent disease, they can certainly help minimize your duration of suffering.
Keep in mind, however, that the clear signs that your immune system is working are fevers and inflammation.
Listen to your body, and try working in some natural ingredients each and every day!
