Managing stress can be difficult enough when you do not know what you are looking for. Throw in a global pandemic, and for many of us, it can be damn near impossible.
We know the symptoms of stress include headaches, dizziness, nausea, chest pains and sore muscles, stomach aches and even insomnia.
This pandemic, however, has manifested severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD for those struggling to cope with this new normal.

Continue to listen to your body.
Eat healthy, well-balanced meals and stay hydrated. Practice relaxation methods like mediation, and exercise often.
